I've been writing as long as I can remember.  My first serious story I started working on when I was 11.  It has gotten better since then. 

I write primarily fantasy.  I am fascinated by folklore and fairy critters and what not.  I like to use a lot of irony in my writing, and I will slip song references in there fairly often.  I also like black humor.  (I'm a closet goth, what can I say.)

The penname comes from a character in a story that I am presently working on that I have revived from memory and an old draft.  It is called Bane of Rendsberg.  It is the third of four stories I wrote involving these characters.

I do a lot of reading when the mood strikes me.  I have a very long bus ride to work.  The streets of Kentucky are safer without me driving as well!
