Joshua James; Seventeen Forever
Change is inevitable regardless of your attempts to prevent it. We grow older by the second and often wander aimlessly, clinging onto our fickle hopes and remaining ambiguous. People die as does every living entity, however, when one is dealing with grief it is best not to dwell on the reasons but in saying that, seeing things in a positive light is not always simple. I've been told I laugh to loud, worry too often and at times I can be a little crazy. I wish life could be as carefree as it was 10 years ago, back when your parents were your hero's and disappointment was just another word you never knew how to spell. A time when scraping your knee was the only pain you felt and you could make everyone around you smile without barely batting an eyelash. Now the past which held memories of laughter and love have disappeared; I can't seem to recreate them so know I'm here in the present, accustomed to pressure and not reaching the expectations held to me. The odd thing is, I care profusely, but it seems it's being led astray.
