A girl who has become so at one with her local bookshop...
I never show my writing.
I started writing because at secondary school, everyone was finding their niches. My two closest friends had theirs, they had their skills and their challenges, their boyfriends and their exes, and I was left feeling like I hadn't been created yet. Like I was a background character no one remembered or spent time filling out. I felt like a Paris or a Thane of Cawdor.
So I started writing in the hopes it would help me define myself and give me something that I could improve at and pride myself in.
