A metaphor for a friendship, and what came of it.
In my second year at uni, pursuing a career in teaching primary children.
I am inspired by the words of Robert Frost, Carol Ann Duffy, Fall Out Boy and also my favourite movies such as the Notebook and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I like to look at the things around me for inspiration and (of course) my own my life experiences factor into it aswell. So there you have it, a recipe for writing!
I have a somewhat visual take on things so see my poems as a big mixing pot with different ingredients. And when I'm in the mood to write I visit my thought gallery and my memory museum. It's very interesting you know!
Oh, and please comment and rate! I do TRY to read through the writings of people who comment on my work, and drop them a comment back
Poetry is my creative outlet... Enjoy... :D
