As others have said, the friendliest and nicest way to introduce yourself on here, is by kindly commenting on my work, whichever you feel drawn to and have enjoyed.  I frequently look at other people's work and leave a comment or two (unsolicited) and I am only too happy to return the kindness.  My gratitude to Air for the inspiration to write this in this manner and not too harshly.

I have been writing spiritual, motivational and inspirational poetry since I was 17 years old, which means some 40 odd years to be precise.  I also write humourous and sentimental poetry.   I paint, (acrylics and watercolour) make quilled cards (paper filigree is another name for it) and I sew.   I also adore cooking -   I love music.  Anything that stirs me!  That can be anything at all, from Jimi Hendrix to classical - a very wide taste.My big 'thing' is I need to be near the sea.  I need my 'sea-fix' I truly love the ocean and dolphins, all animals, but especially dolphins and swans.   I appreciate a good joke and I enjoy a good laugh.

I believe in Life after life.......yes quite a different existence but an existence (Oh  wow what an interesting one too lol)  I belong to a global group of Healers The Distant Healing Network and am interested in all things spiritual, energy work, colour healing and crystals (am also a reiki Master Teacher and Healer and  colour/crystal healer) I  carry out sound healing using my drum, which is called a djembe. Plus I work with angels.

I suppose  I am a little off-the-wall, kooky and have a keen sense of humour - well it is sustaining isn't it?

Would like to share many poems and thoughts on here. would be great to make some special friends too.    Thanks for taking the time to read this little lot.
