My name is Darren I was born in Ireland but now live in Spain. I currently have a wonderful girlfriend who has two beautiful kids who I adore completely. I enjoy reading mostly non-fiction books from people like Stephen Hawkins and Paul Williams (he is an Irish journilist who writes for the Sunday World about crime in Ireland nd has published several great books on the subject).

As for me I am new to this, my writtings are not strickly poetry more like words put together in a way that expresses how I feel in a given day. I guess it could be called a journal but I wouldnt call it that. I have been putting these together over the years and now I am just deciding which ones I want to put up on the site. Some are about love and family some are about regrets and some will be about loss. Any critisism good or bad would be appreciated in helping to put these writtings in the best way possible.
