Nothing really exciting going on, just try to write and express all that I have locked inside me : )

NOT JUST WORDS…

Some may wonder what goes on in my mind,

But to understand you must look deep inside.

My words I use to describe,

Thoughts and feelings I tend to hide.

To understand me,

You must give me respect,

Never under estimate my intellect.

Know that I am the best at what I do.

Using the simplest of words,

To convey a complex thought to you.

When I write, I hold nothing back,

Expressing my views with grace and tack;

And though some may feel threatened,

Or hurt by what I say.

I can’t apologize for voicing my feelings this way.

It is who I am, and I am fortunate to be verbally gifted.

Using my words to heal and be uplifted.

And if my words can help others understand,

And get closer to me.

Then I’ll continue to let my emotions run free.

I am so much more than what your eyes can see…
