I have been working very hard on the GOBLIN KING and will have it up here soone with some very new material!!! I know you guys have been waiting and i'm so sorry to keep everyone on the edge of their seats! I have done some rewriting and its far better than it was! also though on a very different topic, my husband and i have finally gotten our taekwondo school up!!!!!! once things settle i should be here a lot more!
NOTICE: THERE HAS BEEN A NAME CHANGE IN THE NOVEL "THE GOBLIN KING" INSTEAD OF THE SPELLING 'ASHLAN' THE SPELLING IS NOW 'ASHLYNN'. I HAD TOO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT THE OTHER WAY. THANK YOU!
I've never been very good at writing about myself...but i'll try! I live in Virginia with a loving husband who I have been with since i was in middle school. He has always been supportive of my writing though he doesn't write himself which i am thankful for. I teach for a living, though not math or history. I teach taekwondo, a korean martial arts that i have been training in since i was in Kindergarden. I love to teach and i find that some of my best ideas come from being around kids on a day to day basis. I have tried to write some stories about taekwondo...but they never seem to work out. I guess i just do it too often. I have always kept a journal but it wasn't until around 6th grade that i discovered that i had a talent with it. Since then i have been writing nonstop. I Love fantasy, but i also am a sucker for good romance novel.
Things that i love:
Faeries- small ones, big ones, nasty ones I love them all
Terry Goodkind books- The man is a genius i swear
spell/grammer check-because my grammer is just atrocious
movies w/Johnny Depp-he's just cool
Excedrin-for those bad day
Massages-Carpal tunnel's a real pain
Coca cola-we all have our drug of choice...mine is caffeine
And of course writing as much as a i can
I hope you enjoy the writing that I put up and I can't wait to hear from you!
