I look at all these news and I can't but find myself a real bavard. One word then. I have put this morning the final sentence at the end of The Manuscript. Have added 20,000 words to those I brought back from St-Pete. Now, I am left with the task of typing it all into the Word format. A chance to do some revision also.

I am back in Montreal and the cold after two months in Pt-Brittany and the Florida sun. I am almost finished with "the manuscript". Bagged 30,000 words while I was there.

I am in Pt-Brittany, St-Pete, Fl and I write about 500 words every morning. I will have finish THE MASNUSCRIPT (first draft) by the time I come back in Montreal, that is in 3 weeks. It will be 110,000 words. The question. What will I do with this text?

Back from Pt-Brittany last monday. Will be in Montreal for Chritsmas and then, back in Florida after january 20th. I now counted 58,000 words in the Manuscript. If you add the 22,500 of Faith (which is the stolen manuscript), I fear the whole story might make it to a 100,000 extravagance.

47,500 words in The Manuscript. The manuscript is Faith. So, it will be a story within a story. I may have 20,000 words more or less to put into this project and it will be finish. I think I will post today a resumé of the tale.

One week back and 6000 more of those words for the Manuscript project. 36,000 already bagged and more to go, a lot more. Will I have finished before I leave for Pt-Brittany next november 20? 1000 words a day. Probably not.

Am back from that trip. The good thing with writing is that one can do it anywhere. So I am bringing back with me 13,500 words of The Manuscript. The project is going well. I am half done and it is already 30,000 words. So, it will be a very long short that will end up most probably alienating me the few readers that have so far showed me an interest.

sept 30.I have now bagged 16,500 words for The Manuscript. Quite a long short or perhaps it will be a short novel if it passed 40,000 words and it look more and more that it will. We, that is Helene and I will embark thuesday on some boat from the Cunar line and we will sojourn in London from oct 9 through 14. So, if anybody I know want to get in touch, we will be at The President. And I will bring with me pen and paper. I hope I will have finish this story before november 20 when we will fly to Pt-Britanny in St-Pete. FL

At the end of this day, I got 12,000 words and the story is just beginning. So, it will be long. 30,000 words at least.I would like that if it was more but I do not want to put me under pressure. The story will decide as it always does.

I started writing seriously again (after FAITH) last september 14. I am working on The Manuscript. I have 7,200 words without counting those I am expected to produce today. Damn, it is difficult to start a new project and then, you plough your way to the first few thousand words and what, the story clears itself out the miasma of your mind. It is a great feeling and one must have confidence that the process will happened. Because it does.

I have sent FAITH and some other stories to TATE publishing and DORRANCE publishing. Both have agreed to publish those but still, they were asking a fee for their help. Not much, it is true but enough to take all the magic out of the equation. So I said no. To all I did consulted or who gave advice, Thank's. As renowned published author Sylvain Meunier told me, "They want to sell you something. This is wrong. You are the seller and they are the buyer. Not the other way around. Remember that always." As for Meunier, I am reading his "The man who detested golf" in its french version, of course, and then, I find it refreshingly good.

Here it is, FAITH, in 3 parts since the system wouldn't take the whole story as is. So, this is the reason for the piece with no part mentioned and which, the silly contrivance, stop the narration in the middle of nowhere. Very frustrating, the machine not saying before that it will not digest substantial works. And that useless part that whatever I do, I can't delete. Even if the d... machine offers me to do it, she persist in resisting me, doing me the CARL thing as in 2001, a Space Odissey. So just ignore the nuisance and read part 3, 2 and 1 in that order.

El Steveo used the expression "dubious fan base." I like that. Those moth like fans, those birds on a wire like fans, those useless parasites that get unto one's page with their silly looking badge, emblem and name and never care to read nor comment anything. Why are they doing this? They do that for the exposure, that is all. Me, I am getting rid of them. I did it once. And I will do it again. I am privilege to have the fans I have, since most of those have read something I wrote and I thank them all for that. But those who don't, I would appreciated if they would delete themselves from my page and get me out at the same occasion from their fan's list.

Faith is already in the bag, in Word. 22,538 of them. I am doing the revision. Or my father is doing it, if I care for precision. 93 and still doing great, my father. I hope I will be able to publish on this page in the next few days.

I just put the end under the last sentence of Faith, five minutes ago. It will be 21,000 words long. I now have to put this written text in WORD. And then, do the revisions and hopefully, I may be able to post the, what will it be, short, long story or novella, within the end of this month. I think I love this story and I believe some will do, too.

It is now 18h00 and I reached 12,000 words and it is still not finished. Far from it. Will need at least 4000 more. What, it looks like the more I progress, the more this thing grows on me.

I was in Pt Brittany, St-Petersburg for 10 days in early may and I wrote "When a stranger calls" which I am editing right now. It will be 10,000 words. I am at the end of the forsyte saga and frankly, there is just Jane Austen to write as good english as him. Splendid book. On a par with the greatest chef d'oeuvre of litterature.

Not much except I am reading The Forsyte Saga by Nobel prize writer J. Galsworthy. A great book. I am finishing editing CAR TALKS which hopefully will be posted on this site in the next few days. It could be described as a humor peace and the first episode of a sitcom with the possibility to add as many others as one would wish.

I first finded Booksie, not long ago. Then I told myself that this kind of initiative must exist in french and I easily found IN LIBRO VERITAS which works pretty much like Booksie. I did put on that site what I hope will be seen as a comic piece since the "comic" part is not for me to judge. Anyway, it is called "Histoires de chars" or "Car Talks".
