My name is Kyla, I live in Pittsburgh PA and I love to read and write. I am just finishing up my student teaching at a local high school where I taught ninth grade English. I have my Bachelors degree in Journalism and am currently persuing a secondary English teaching career. Poetry is my passion and I wish I had more time to write. My favorite poets include: Sylvia Plath, Octavio Paz, T.S. Eliot, Maya Angelou etc.
