I am a new short story writer. I have enjoyed reading short stories for as long as I can remember, especially Poe, and have written poetry and song lyrics since I was a kid. The stories I have posted here on Booksie are my first efforts to construct what are hopefully interesting and unsettling stories. The reason I post these stories is in the hope that the readers are kind enough to leave criticism. I truely believe that criticism fuels creativity and makes for a better writer. If you read my stories, it is greatly appreciated if you leave your critiques.
The first story I wrote was The Juke. The second was Rosie's Game. I enjoy Rosie's Game myself.
I recommend my two shortest reads to you to get an idea of who I am as a writer; Impulse Control and The Breaker.
Thanks for checking out my page and I hope you enjoy. - Kyle
