It's finally here!!! A new story! This short story I'm posting today is a mystery. I'll get back to those other stories I promised before soon. Maybe I can finish two of them at a time, so there will be more to read. Bear with me, readers. :)

Hello all!! So I've been on break a bit from writing, I guess. But I really want to make a point of finishing all the stories I'm writing for Booksie, and posting them on here already. I want to say all total there are now 8 stories I'm working on for on here. (Yeah, I know that's crazy.) 2 I know are short stories. One of them is done, but I can't post it just yet. The other is a VERY delayed Christmas short story contest entry. Then there are about 3 or 4 fantasy stories. I'm not sure of the length of those though. 1 is kind of a mystery, I suppose. Not really sure what genre it would fit in. And the last one, I can't remember what it was, but I will update when I find it and remember what it was. :) So yeah, I'm gonna be a bit busy, but I am trying to post these stories asap. Sorry it's taking me so long. A new story will be posted soon though, promise. :)

Hello All, so I've been itching to write something since NaNoWriMo ended. I have PLENTY of ideas, but I haven't seemed to be able to actually write something. Sad day, I know. But anyway, last night I was actually really in the mood to write. Sadly, I didn't get to write anything before I fell asleep. I was so exhausted. But thankfully, I'm still in the mood to write. Now I just have to figure out what comes first on my long list of projects to post on here.

Heyy! So I had yet another idea for a new short story (shocker, I know, since that's not really my thing). All I can (will) tell you right now is that the title will be "Curiosity". It might not sound like much, but trust me, it's gonna be good! :)

Hey everyone! So I am STILL trying to find some stuff to use for my challenge, it's just taking longer than I thought. I'm sorry. :( And I'm still working on those 2 new stories. I just kinda forgot about them. My mind has been everywhere lately, so if you find it, please be careful with it, and send it right back, thanks! :) I'm also still debating on whether or not I want to post the 3rd book I'm working on. I don't intend on publishing it, it's just something different for me to do. Experiment, ya know? But anyywayy....the reason as to why I have not been on here, at least this month, is because I am doing NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month for those who may not know). And I gotta tell you, it's just as hard as it sounds, lol. But it should be getting easier, I'm past the writer's block, I think (I hope). And rumor has it that there's a possibility of a teaser from this book posted on here. So be sure to keep an eye out for that. And for any other new stories, cause once this month is up, it may very well be that a ton of new stories come flying at'cha. :) Anyway, I think that's everything. Like I said, keep checking here for more news on those stories and challenges! Thanks! :)

However, I am working on that new challenge, as well as 2 new stories I'll be posting on here sometime soon (I hope). There's a possible 3rd, but I'm not sure on that one yet. Hey guys! So I'm sorry I haven't been on here, and updating, in forever! It's my senior year, so I've been pretty busy. And a bit side-tracked, so. Anyway, I'm still trying to get those stories started and posted on here. I have a true short story that I'm thinking of posting on here, it's from when I was young, and my family was on a camping trip in Arkansas. And I have a new book idea, that I'm kinda thinking about possibly posting on here. I dunno though, depends on how well the ideas flow. My best friend (who's also into writing) is helping me with brainstorming. So yeah...lots going on, but I will try to have something new up soon-ish. (Hopefully, maybe within about a month.) I dunno...like I said, depends. :)

Hey, I'm still working on the first chapter of A Different World: Jalissa Fiske (I haven't forgotten about it :P) Hopefully I'll have that first chapter up soon. I have to get to a point where I think the first chapter is done though. and I'm not sure where or when that will be. But I'll keep working at it. :)

Hey y'all! So I haven't been on here as much in the past several months. Kinda got side-tracked. :-S Anywho, I have a new story I'm starting, it was for a challenge...buuut the deadline already passed. Oh well...it was still such a good idea, I'm posting it anyway. I also have another story for another challenge MONTHS ago...and I'm just now getting a decent idea of how to start it and all. Both challenges were picture challenges. Which it seems that those are more popular...but maybe that's just me...hmm, lol :)

Ok y'all, I finally got done with editing the 2nd chapter (and I got the 3rd chapter edited too). I've been trying to upload it tonight, but it's not working. If I can't get it to upload tonight, I promise I'll try tomorrow. And just as a heads up...I may or may not choose to post the rest of it. I'm super paranoid of someone stealing my idea and everything. Let's face it...it would really stink if someone got all the credit for your book that you'd worked so hard on. :( Anyway though. I AM planning on publishing it when it's finished, and the title will still be The Unknown. (btw...if anyone's reading this, how many of you like my story so far, that you would be willing to buy it when it's published?...just trying to get an idea. people like it on here, but I don't know how many people would actually buy it.) :(

So I finally was able to post the Prologue and 1st chapter of The Unknown. And I am currently working on editing the 2nd chapter (F.Y.I. - I have up to the 6th chapter typed up, but I'm going back, and then editing the chapters as I go.) As soon as I get done editing the 2nd chapter, I will post it. And by the way, I appreciate the comments so far. :) Thank you for letting me know I'm not horrible, lol.

I'm writing a story that takes place in North Carolina. I recently emailed a Cafe' in Sunset Beach (which is the town where it really takes place) and asked their permission to use their name in my book. They replied and said they would be very pleased to be mentioned in my book. And that maybe, I could have a book signing at the cafe! I'm so excited. I was jumping and down, squealing with happiness! :) So now, in my manuscript it will no longer say: *comfortable coffee place in town*, it will actually have a name!

A month ago or two, I applied to be in a Writing Course, from The Institute for Children's Literature. and this morning, I got my binder, and 2 of the 3 books in the mail, I'm so happy!!! :) (And my picture is temorary, until I find something better.) :)
