Hey my name is Amber, I'm 21 years old. I was born January 1st, 1992 @ 11:52 pm. I was the first baby born that year so I made the front page of the newspaper :) I'm a HUGE Minnesota fan. Anything to do with Minnesota I'm there. I have been and always will be a diehard Vikings fan (no matter how bad they may be) I have five older brothers who I love very much, Christopher- 26, Gary- 25, Nicholas- 24, Steffan-23, Jonathan- 22. If I had to pick a favorite it would most definitely be Nick. I know it sounds cheesy but he's my HERO. He is currently a member of the U.S. Army National Guard Minnesota..He is currently deployed for a year, and missing home like crazy. I love writing him and being able to Skype with him. Seeing his name pop up on my computer is an amazing feeling. "My Brother, My Soldier, MY HERO" On Booksie my favorite author (and the reason I ever came here) is KIRKYB!!!!!!  Shes an AMAZING author and I look forward to reading her posts everyday :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE our little booksie family too! We have a great connection and I feel as though I can talk to them about anything and everything and they are there for me no matter what. I LOVE Y'ALL!!! I have this really sweet Sailor that I've fallen for harder than I ever expected too. We get along so well and fit one another so well it's scary. I look forward to every time I get to see him and just get to talk to him really. :) They always say the best things in life happen when you least expect it, and that's exactly what happened I think :) ♥

 The 3 am wake up and 6 hour drive there was worth this moment. Seeing my soldier off to Kuwait after his 2 week leave. The hug when we first saw him was worth everything. Getting to spend the day with him at the airport having lunch at Chili's and then watching the Packers get knocked out of the playoffs was amazing! But watching him board that plane...hurt more then I thought possible. Next time I see him though he home for a good while.
