Well, I write about experiences in my own life. I write through many different emotions and sometimes even just quote something I thought of... It's all a big mash up of whats buzzing around in my brain :) I find poetry one of my favourtie stress reliefs as well as writing short storyies, singing, playing guitar and writing songs - Anything expressive always sets the tone...  I've written quite a variety of poems, realisations, short stories, etc... and it's unbelievable at the amount of inpiration I have had.
