As of last week, I've finished reading all of Tamora Pierce's Tortallan novels. This fact irritates me, actually. Her Circle of Magic books aren't pulling me in like her Tortallan ones. I have no real interest in the Circle of Magic books. I'm currently reading "Cast In Shadow" which has a good many faults but overall, it is totally worth the time to read. My god is it funny, too. Well cultured as well, although one of the faults is that the author doesn't explain it very well, as if we're already supposed to know the details. Besides that, though, it's a wicked good book. I bought it without reading it first! Something I almost NEVER do! For lack of any other option, I bought an audio download of "POISON STUDY". After many near hair pulling moments, I found a compatible MP3 player. The Sansa Sandisk Clip is actually pretty nifty. I won't object to the color pink (which is the color my mom had) for the sake that I could listen to the book. Okay, enough of my rambling. I'm sure you want an update on my writing. *big sigh* My mind whirls with possibilities for this novel but when it comes to getting my character out of her currently situation, my mind presents a black field of nothing. *laugh* Bet you enjoyed the wistfullness of that, didn't you? Anyways. Just so you know, I'm working as hard as I can. I'm coming up with new things every day. FYI: The Storm Goddess will be divided into THREE parts. I'm still working out the timeline though. REMEMBER! This is a rough draft! Putting the correct amount of time between certain events may be incorrect but that's what rough drafts are for, I believe. So. Yeeeeah. Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day! Toodles! -SnowQueen

Dearest readers- I've finished the first chapter of my new novel. It's a realistic fiction novel called (I FINALLY came up with a title) It's called "The Padded Road" starring Lily Parks, Tuck Witherspoon, Max Collins, and Tori "Riot" Matthews. I know that realistic fiction may not be my forte but I'm giving it a go anyway. It's good for me to get out of my "comfort zone" as my dad puts it. This novel is, like "So This is High School" a more dramatic novel then subtle but then that's my trademark. Anyways. Yeah. I should have the first chapter out my, say, Saturday because I want to see if I can get chapter two done before I release chapter one. And I need to run through it and make sure it's all good and everything. So! I thank all my readers for sticking with me! I hope you're looking forward to The Padded Road!

I would just like to quickly inform everyone that I am well on my way to getting up the first chapter. I'm finally getting my touch back after all this time! It has made me realize that you really do need to WRITE EVERYDAY to keep up your skill. I haven't solidly written anything for months and these past few days have proven that. So. I should have this chapter up by the end of the week! Friday...Saturday at the latest. You all start to hound me if I don't have it up by Sunday, ya hear?! :D Seriously. Okay. Enough of that. Cheers everyone! Thank you for all the wonderful support you showed me with my Quick Guide article! -SnowQueen

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my faithful readers! I hope you all had a pleasant New Year or whatever you celebrate. As you all know, if you've read my news before, my newest novel THE ROGUE is set to come out this month. You would not BELIEVE how hard it is to get back into solid writing now. I've had to take it paragraph by paragraph and therefore, the first chapter probably won't be out until the end of next week. I hope all of you can wait that long! Remember, I have THREE MONTHS to complete this novel so if I haven't update for more than a week, don't hesitate to get on me for it! Thank you all!

OKAY! I know I'm such a horrible person for being so erratic in what the hell I'm going to write for 2009 BUT I've decided that I'm going to start a new novel called, "THE ROGUE" starring Grace Dalison. I'm still fleshing out the plot so I'm not going to say anything now just in case something changes but I'm pretty excited about it. The details of this new world are coming alarmingly fast and with very detailed descriptions demanding me to write down what they all are! Anyways! So yes. Another piece of news: I'm going to try to write four novels next year. One every three months. THE ROGUE will be January - March and in the beginning of March, I will let you know what my next project will be. As for MIRABEL and SEVEN FAIRIES OF POWER, I think I'll just try and update them whenever the mood strikes me. I am more sorry for this than any of you probably realize. Mirabel and Fay are probably my favorite characters and I apologize to them for having cut their adventure short for the time being. And I apologize to you for not getting more chapters up. Please forgive me. AND MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS!

Dear my fantastic readers and fans! This is a quick update concerning the novel I've officially decided to concentrate on for 2009! Though I am pretty confident for the title, it is subject to change. For now, it is called the "Magic is Strength" trilogy. The first book is called "Secrecy" and is about Scarlett McCoy, a seventeen-year-old who, through confusing and unfortunate circumstances, gets accidentally pulled into a parallel universe where she is expected to take her "rightful place" as the King's adviser/protector. I can't give you more than that but I'm planning to have the first few chapters would sometime in January. I hope all of you are excited for it just like I am! The only thing I can really say is that Scarlett is a lot like Jess from Lady Fantasy's "Knowledge: The Keeper's Place". At least, that's who Scarlett reminds me of. Definite similarities. Anyways. Yes. I hope everyone's doing okay! Happy Holidays to all!

Dear readers- I have made a very recent decision. No, I am not leaving the site nor am I stopping my writing. However, I am going to put a hold on 'Mirabel' and label it as a 'side option'. I've recieved some very inspirational advice and I'm going to try something different with my writing. I'm going to start a new story and use a different technique with it. I believe that this will be an improvement with my writing. I do not know when I will have this out on Booksie or whether or not I post it at all. I will be putting my efforts into short stories, which I will write strictly for Booksie. :) I'm actually going to plan out my novels before I go to write it and I might just rewrite it before I publish it on Booksie so as far as I know, it'll be up next year. Like I said before, I won't be giving up on Mirabel but you may be under the impression that I stopped writing it. I apologize for this. As for 'Seven Fairies of Power,' there are so many loopholes in the writing that I'm most likely going to rewrite it and fill in the gaps. I'll keep you all updated. Check this space often or whenever it says so in my profile. :D I am devoted to all my faithful readers just as much as I am to my writing. :D

Okay. I know that this is totally going to suck to say but...*sigh* I've gotta let you know about it. The Internet on my computer does not work. Nope. For some godforsaken reason, it does not want to connect to my mom's box downstairs and allow me to get onto the Internet. Now I'll have to skive off my mom's computer (which is a hell of a lot better than mine, since hers in a Windows freaking VISTA!) but this might slow down my updates. I've been writing so much faster and with better quality nowadays. Like right now, for instance, I have the seventh chapter of 'Mirabel' reviewed and ready and I'm too lazy to transfer it to my mom's computer to post onto the Internet. I might post it today if I get far enough into the eight chapter. Anyways. Just so you know, I will not be on as much as I used to be. Which means, I'll be checking my Bookise every few days rather than every few hours. :D Peachy, isn't it?

WHOO! I'm SO excited! The third book of the Inheritance cycle comes out TONIGHT! I'm not going to the release party and probably will never go to a release party again because the same day Breaking Dawn came out, (at midnight) he was put into the hospital so...in the name of rotten luck, release parties are out for me. Not like I'm complaining. I never liked them in the first place. Anyways! I've updated Mirabel, finally enough. We got a cat on Tuesday, too! Named her GiGi. A feisty, extremely entertaining six month old kitten. Well. Cheers!

Okay. So yeah. I've been thinking about this story and I'm going to publish it just to get it out there. I'm going to start publishing a lot more of my work; things I've written and need opinions on. That does not mean that I'm going to update all of them. I really depends on the amount of response I get. I just need to clear my head for 'Seven Fairies of Power'. Please believe me when I say that I'm working hard on it.

I apologize profusely to all my fans. I know, I'm a horrible person for not updating my story. I've been obsessing over another story of mine, which I hope to post in due course and, of course, I'm worried over the next chapter of 'Seven Fairies of Power', which is delicate to the EXTREME. If I mess up a single thing in this next chapter, it'll screw up the rest of the book. I'm still stressing about how to lay out the next few chapters, regardless. This will take more time and therefore, I apologize a thousand times. Thank you, for sticking with me.

Dear readers,
I would like to announce that I might post another novel on here. Evie (Lady Fantasy) inspired me with her 'supernaturalness'. I really need another novel to work on while I try to come up with exciting things for 'Seven Fairies of Power'. It seems that the best parts are always later.
Thank you to all my loyal fans, I appreciate your comments and how you've stuck with me through everything!
As to when I'll post this new story, I have no idea. I want to make sure that I have enough to get started on before I post. I want to try to update every few days instead of once every few months.

Dear readers,
I am not going to continue with 'The Moon's Melody' until after I finish 'Seven Fairies of Power' and maybe not even then. I kind of lost the story plot...I can't remember where I wanted to go with it. I might make one similar to it but I don't think I'll continue with it. For all those that enjoyed reading it, I am glad. Thank you, all my faithful readers! -SnowQueen

Dear readers, I am working very hard on the next chapter of 'Seven Fairies of Power' and hope to get it up by Monday, at the latest. I just want all of you to know that I should have it up soon and I think you'll like it. Thank you so much for putting up with my inconsistent posts. -SnowQueen

Just so everyone knows, I'm progressing, slowly but surely, on the next chapter of Seven Fairies of Power. I've got a buttload of things going on at the mo' and writing is taking a backseat. I'll try my best to get it up within the week, but I'm not making any more promises. Thank you for putting up with me!

I will do my best to get up the nineteenth chapter of Seven Fairies of Power. I'm doing my best! If it makes you feel any better, you should know that I'm just now reaching my approximate half way point. I think.
Stay tuned.
