Where to start. Well, my counsellor broke my trust, and I was sent to the doctor. I've been prescribed antidepressants (20mg of fluoxetine/prozac). However, after my mother found out about my self harm, I spiralled. I no longer felt like I was hiding anything, and I could only go about 2 days without inflicting myself with some sort of injury, or wanting to die. Obviously I'm still struggling with both things, but I'm actually trying now, and I'm back!

I'm now being seen by the GP/doctor, I'm on anti-depressants (fluoxetine) and I may possibly be getting some sort of counselling from the NHS.

More details for those who want. My anxiety is worse, I've resumed cutting, suicidal thoughts won't go away and my disordered eating patterns are fucked up more than normal. Sorry to everyone who I've let down, but I really need to take some time off to sort myself out.

Deleted any news I had which could trigger me in some way; smart steps and all that! Well, today I was really anxious, to the point of tears, but I GOT THROUGH IT. I worked through it, I felt better, and suicide didn't cross my mind once. Also working on chapter 3 of SG. Woo!
