Summary:

14-year-old Joelle's life used to be normal but then something happened on the first day of Spring Break that changed her life and now all she can do is jump when someone touches her, or have terrible dreams about that night, or be afraid when she hears certain noises because she's afraid he'd come back for her. But for now, Joelle's going to live her life and hopefully it will be what it used to be and then things with almost be okay.
Almost.
But like her grandma said:
