... LOL, What is this, a dating site?!
Year Of Birth: (February) '96
A computer engineering student, writing is just a hobby. I normally write articles but I also write short-stories when encountered by "a wave of inspiration". I am always open to criticism, or you may say that I'm desperate for comments! As said earlier, I study engineering, and I will, therefore, not be publishing my writings very often because - of the 24 hour a day constraint, there is only so much one can do. On my profile you'll find poetry too. I believe that "EVERBODY IS A POET" waiting to for an awakening. I try to build my poems upon emotions, which reslut in corny or childish themes ... but ladies and gentlmen, I try to stay true.
Reading requests ...
You may leave your reading requests on my profile. I am open to reading all kinds of works - except lengthy novels, which I can not read, since I am in college and I only log in about once or twice a month (hence the time constraint). I will, however, happily read a specific chapter from your novel, if you let me know which one.
So, here you'll find -
The reason why I joined booksie.com, I love to read and write short stories, I LIVE for them! I draw my inspiration mainly from works of American authors, especially O' Henry, James Thurber and Pearl S. Buck.
My own writings are as follows ...
1. What Really Happens in Utopia
2. Summer Rush
3. Untitled (read excerpt above), any title suggestions are welcome!
A universal language, poetry binds us all! I don't read a lot of poetry, but whatever I write is truly heartfelt. As a child, my favorite poem was "Silver" by Walter de la Mare, I still love it just as much.
A list of poem's I've published on booksie.com ...
1. Misery Loves Company
2. The Underacheiver's Sundance
This is why I write! Articles are absolute and hence the most suitable form of expression. I do not write any irrelevant garbage. Needy as it may sound, it is my request to you, read my articles in your free time, you won't regret. Here's the list ...
1. Imagine ... (here's to the dreamers and the doers)
2. The Wanderer
(Hahahaha, I sound like a total tool, with my formal speech and all. Honestly though, I'm not that boring.)
