Lying on her bed Jade thought about events that had happened over the past two years, her parents dying in a car crash, and her brother Jett vanishing.
As Jade pondered all this her little brother Eli has slipped into the room shaken from a nightmare. Still thinking Jade had let him sleep with her. Eli was about five and he greatly resembled her father in every way. Eli had of course been attached to their parents but had gone straight to Jett when they died. Jade and Jett weren’t very close so when Eli ran to her she was very surprised. They had never had a full conversation and now they were all each other had.
As for Jett he was all a girl could want. If she hadn’t been his sister Jade was sure she would be in love with him. Jett was smart, strong, and very determined. Everyone knew and loved him. Then one night he just disappeared. He had gone to bed but wasn’t there in the morning. Some people said he had gone to live his own life, others said he had gotten in trouble with the police but Jade knew it wasn’t any of these things.
Jade herself was also very high ended, she was beautiful from what she heard from her friends, she was very athletic and was a very good student with a lot ahead of her. Jade’s head swam with like this for hours until finally she fell asleep but unfortunately she did not wake up in her room.
