This is a poem i wrote to a girl that means a lot to me...
I was born on September 29th of 1994 and my moms always been good at poetry but when I started to try at first at the age of 14 I honestly sucked. But starting at the age of 16 after all the hurt from past relationships and a rough childhood, I have gained alot of knowledge and wisdom. So now I listen to what my heart says and I write it out on paper, then I post it here. Sadly at first I coped by cutting. I cut for a good 3 years but through god I have stopped and I no longer cut. Now I let my emotions out through writing and I feel good when I write. Its a painless escape, and I can share my emotions with others while doing it. God has delivered me from all the past hurt and has done great works in my life. He has cured my dad from cancer, saved my mom from dying in a fatal car accident, and even has saved me from having bad seizures as a baby and the good stories continue to keep going as my life goes on. I am an usher at my church,I've been filled with the holy ghost and if I may tell you something, Its the best thing in the world to know that we have a god that cares for us.
