Bill Gallagher sold his first magazine article at the age of 19. International in scope, he continued to sell magazine articles to various publications dealing with subjects as diverse as lapidary work, coin collecting, and body art. Since the advent of the 'net, Bill has been self publishing and is the author of 4 books and several dozen short stories. Bill Gallagher also writes extensively in the political arena. His two websites, www.luxefaire.com, and www.autodidactics.com, have been online continuously since about 1998 or so.
