I'm just a girl who loves to write, and is thankful every day for the bouts of inspiration i am lucky enough to experience. l have been published in a poetry anthology and was one of five finalist in a national short story competition last year, with the entry The Lake.
I love the movies, if that is anything to add onto this bio. Escapism is fabulous! New worlds, new places, new avenues for exploration!
I love the joy of expressing and interpreting emotion, or that which enriches life. Art, in any form, is about not just duplicating life but rather interpreting it so that it can be immortal. Artists painted the scene, highlighting the true beauty with their skilled eye, so that the image could be preserved and evocative. Writing is the same. We write to express something, through a story or a sentence or a description, that otherwise is in danger of being discarded. We are the preservers of passion.
