Fonts are fixed. We're no2 working on images since I've received some complaints about problems changing them. Then, on to other bugs.

There seem to be some problems with the new editor we installed. The new editor will help improve formatting but it has caused issues with the font size and colors. We are working to fix it.

There also seems to a problem with the virtual gifts box where a writer can see the gifts received. We're also working on that.

Hi, we made some changes to the editor to help it better preserve paragraph spacing when pasting from Word. It appears to be causing problems with text size and coloring in some browsers. I have read your comments below and we are looking into it and will have it fixed.

Some of you have noticed that we just launched a new feature on Booksie - virtual gifts. This provides another way to thank your favorite writer or to receive thanks from your reading fans.

Some of the virtual gifts are free and others require that you have credits. You can get credits by buying them or by filling out surveys. We hope this further motivates the writers on the site and provides another way for writers and readers to connect.

There will be more to come tomorrow on the virtual gifts features.

The fixes progress. You should now be able to load audio files no problem. All content should also be back on your public Booksie page. We've had to adjust it so the tabs are temporarily down but will be back shortly. We'll fix the image problem next.

We've received reports of problems uploading mp3 audio files and editing profiles. We've also received reports of problems formatting chapters - paragraphs are mushed together.

We are working on all of these and will have them resolved shortly.

We're now experiencing some problems with strange characters being inserted into many of the works that are being published. We are working to fix this asap. We're also working to fix work that is not appearing on public Booksie pages.

The server expansion we did last week caused a few unexpected bumps. We will solve these problems. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.

We're in the process of fixing a few bugs that cropped up as part of the site maintenance effort. They should be resolved today. Booksie should now be faster and more stable.

We'll be rolling out a new feature once the rest of the bugs are fixed.

So, a lot has happened over the last three days. Our system crashed and it took several days to get it back up and running. We also added a new server because the site was maxing out our equipment. Sooo, everything should be running much faster now and hopefully no more crashes. I apologize for any downtime but it was part of diagnosing the problems.

There are still a few bugs out there that we are working on. That includes the inability to delete comments on the Booksie page and some weird messages people are getting when they try to post. We hope to have them resolved in the next day or two. And then hopefully next week, I'll have a surprise for everyone.

We had a slight glitch today as we worked on the site that caused writing to disappear. It's back now. Sorry about that. We're close to having the read counter work correctly.

We're still working on a few bugs related to Read counts. In the process some pieces of the system may be unavailable for short periods of time.

Hopefully the Reads problem on the main index and the story pages is solved. It may take a few hours for the counters to update but the system is now working.

There is still a bug in the Portfolio Reads system and we're working on that.

In terms of the other comments and suggestions we do see them but we can't do everything at once. Keep them coming though. We do add them to our list and are slowly working our way through them.

We're still dealing with some bugs in the Read tracker system. As a result, Reads may stop displaying for short periods of time. There may also be a discrepancy in the Reads on the portfolio page. We're working on it and hope to have all fixed shortly.

We're working on the ranking and reads feature and as a result the reads counter may not work for a couple of days. Sorry for the inconvenience but when it is done we should have an improved system.

We just launched an upgrade last night to allow everyone to generate PDF eBooks from their portfolio. We also tweaked the way Featured Content is displayed

We're aware of a bug on everyone's Booksie page that is causing your portfolio not to show and are working to fix it. It should be all set soon.
