We've received reports of problems uploading mp3 audio files and editing profiles. We've also received reports of problems formatting chapters - paragraphs are mushed together.

We are working on all of these and will have them resolved shortly.

We're now experiencing some problems with strange characters being inserted into many of the works that are being published. We are working to fix this asap. We're also working to fix work that is not appearing on public Booksie pages.

The server expansion we did last week caused a few unexpected bumps. We will solve these problems. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.

We're in the process of fixing a few bugs that cropped up as part of the site maintenance effort. They should be resolved today. Booksie should now be faster and more stable.

We'll be rolling out a new feature once the rest of the bugs are fixed.

So, a lot has happened over the last three days. Our system crashed and it took several days to get it back up and running. We also added a new server because the site was maxing out our equipment. Sooo, everything should be running much faster now and hopefully no more crashes. I apologize for any downtime but it was part of diagnosing the problems.

There are still a few bugs out there that we are working on. That includes the inability to delete comments on the Booksie page and some weird messages people are getting when they try to post. We hope to have them resolved in the next day or two. And then hopefully next week, I'll have a surprise for everyone.

We had a slight glitch today as we worked on the site that caused writing to disappear. It's back now. Sorry about that. We're close to having the read counter work correctly.

We're still working on a few bugs related to Read counts. In the process some pieces of the system may be unavailable for short periods of time.

Hopefully the Reads problem on the main index and the story pages is solved. It may take a few hours for the counters to update but the system is now working.

There is still a bug in the Portfolio Reads system and we're working on that.

In terms of the other comments and suggestions we do see them but we can't do everything at once. Keep them coming though. We do add them to our list and are slowly working our way through them.

We're still dealing with some bugs in the Read tracker system. As a result, Reads may stop displaying for short periods of time. There may also be a discrepancy in the Reads on the portfolio page. We're working on it and hope to have all fixed shortly.

We're working on the ranking and reads feature and as a result the reads counter may not work for a couple of days. Sorry for the inconvenience but when it is done we should have an improved system.

We just launched an upgrade last night to allow everyone to generate PDF eBooks from their portfolio. We also tweaked the way Featured Content is displayed

We're aware of a bug on everyone's Booksie page that is causing your portfolio not to show and are working to fix it. It should be all set soon.
