There isn't much to say about myself. I haven't been alive very long or accomplished many things. I just keep going day to day, and hope I can find something good in each day.
Writing has been my passion for a long time. I always enjoyed writing stories or poems and such. I love music, practically any kind. But screamo hurts my ears.
I like to dance, sing, and act on stage. I am a bit of a smart ass, habitually. But people don't seemed to be bothered by my sarcasm and different outlook on life. I don't like trying to be like every one else or trying to be different. I like what I like. If other people like it...cool. If not, who cares?
Writing isn't a just a passion. It's an addiction. Most of the time when I'm not writing, I'm thinking about writing. I always get new ideas for stories and have numerous books I am working on. I thought it would be fun to share some of my work (or addiction) with you.
One of my favorite quotes is, "If all you can think about in the morning is writing, then you're a writer." It doesn't say much for me because all I can think about is going back to bed. My favorite poets are Shakespeare and Robert Frost. I love candy, chocolate, and Chinese food. I love light rains and the song Shambala playing while I watch.
What I consider one of the most romantic Bible verses:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."
1 Corinthians 13:4–8a
I do my best to be respectful on Booksie as well in life and to other people. But I'm only human, and I tend to let my mouth run away. If I ever say something that hurts anyone, you have my permission to put me in check and tell me what's what, and tell me I am being rude. Because my Momma raised me to stand up for myself, but she also taught me to do it as a lady should. So if I ever say or do something offensive, you all let me know, and whether or not I think I'm right, I will apologize for hurting your feelings. There's hardly ever a reason to hurt other people because I don't ever want to do something to someone that I wouldn't want or need done to myself.
And don't any of you worry about hurting my feelings if I've hurt yours, cause I know what I deserve, and I was also taught to "Cowgirl Up" and roll with the punches. And cause of that, I heal pretty quickly, and the punches don't hurt as much either. So I'll say it again, you have my complete permission to put my ass back in place if I cross a line.
I am doing my best to get to all my requests, so please be patient. I will get to your writing ASAP!!! I love reading and have come across some great stories! Look forward to reading yours!
