Butterfly Crossings: Article Two
In a field of rolling hills of Coleus and Hostas, Farid, Fabiola, and Tern enjoy seeing a butterfly.
"This butterfly seems to be rare”, Farid said quietly. “I think it's a blue, but I'm not sure.”
"I like the beautiful orange and blue colors of this butterfly”, Fabiola said.
"And blue is nice”, Farid smiled. “I like how the edges are blue.”
"I do, too!” Tern said happily. “Look! The hosta just goes beautiful with the butterfly, doesn't it?”
Tern is the boy on the left; Farid is the boy in the middle; and Fabiola is the girl on the right. All three of them are friends and love to explore the outdoors together for butterflies.
The Poatry Mountains rise in the distance.
