Everyone starts off as a small apple in a big world and through experience one discovers how special and important even a small seed can be. A small apple surrounded by a bush full of strawberries is envious of their seeds because it seems to him that the seeds are what make them so happy. Through falling he discovers what the true meaning of seeds really is about, having friends.

"I have not heard the news down within the leafy plant. What stories make you giggle giggle so?"
"He he he, I have a seed there, there and here. My friends have their seeds there, there and here. He ge ge, my seeds will ripen to make more friends. My friend's seeds will ripen to make more friends. My seeds there, there, and here with their seeds there, there, and here will make many friends. Have you no seeds?"
