I am worried that the quality of my chapters for "A Ballad to the Future" is degrading, in terms of detail, imagery, and expression of plot. Am I just paranoid or not? Thoughts?

I know I said I would have two chapters up last week, but my computer crashed... -_- so, I have finished (very unsatisfactorily) chapter 2 and am currently working on chapter 3.
