In the vast Sahara, so hot and dry,

with clouds of sand passing by,

an American traveller who wanted to see,

the ruler of the Egyptian Empire,

a dedicated sculptor who had to hire.

A sculptor as perfect as he could be,

in making the statue of his almighty.

He wanted to see the "King of Kings",

whose glory his statue till date sings.

But the statue had faced a colossal wreck,

with only legs remaining, and a sunken neck.

A sneering face and a heart so proud,

of OZYMANDIAS, the ruler of an ancient crowd.
