My explanation of love

“A person who truly loves you, is someone who sees the pain in your eyes, while everyone else believes the smile on your face” -Unknown Someone who truly loves you, will know you like they know themselves, they can empathize with you. Whether it is your family, your best friend, your girlfriend or boyfriend, you know that they love you when they can read you like a popsicle stick. You may think “that doesnt make sense, just because they can read me means they love me?” Yes. That is exactly what i mean. They can read you because they have taken the time to get to know you, the REAL you. They care about how you feel 24/7 and they can pick up on every fake smile you throw out there. These people are the people you want to keep in life. Your TRUE friends, love is something that doesnt have a unit, it can’t be measured because we can’t understand it fully, but what we do know about it is that it is the most powerful force on Earth. It can drive people to do unimaginable things, great things, like give mothers the strength to lift a car off their child, it drives people into rage, into lust, into jealous fits…it makes people act out in unexplainable kindness, it can drive the most pacifist person into conflict and it can enhance a person’s mood when they have something to love. Love drives the human body and mind to do things that are unnatural, out of character, and just absolutely crazy…love is something noone will be able to fully explain, so when you find it, whether in a person, an animal, a job, a religion…NEVER let it go, if you do, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life.
