Hi everybody, I'm pretty excited to be joining the website and hope you enjoy my short stories and my novel if I ever pluck up the courage to put it online. I've spent most of my life driving Lorries for one company or another, but my writing has always been a quiet hobby I enjoy but never really talked about.

I know that probably doesn't sound like a typical lorry driver, but like my wife says, I'm nothing like the typical lorry driver. I enjoy driving and the people I meet whilst doing it, but I find I spend a lot of time behind the wheel thinking about writing ideas or changes to what I've already written.

I joined a writers group after attending a couple of evening courses at the local college about writing your first novel, I got on well with the group but work timings got in the way and I had to stop going. I'm interested in most types of writing but enjoy fantasy most of all, hence my favourite book choice.
