Health Care Reform--now set in motion. Today, President Obama signed in to order the first health care bill since the 1920's. Many lawmakers in congress and the American public are in uproar over the newly signed bill.

There are far to many cases in which individuals have to pay costs for medical care that exceed the allocated services provided by insurance companies and doctors. In addition, over thirty-million Americans are uninsured.

Simply, this bill acknowledges that we need discipline as a country. We have a responsibility to take care of our own lives and those in need {my personal belief}.

It also behooves me as to why Republicans have tried to stop President Obama on every legislative issue that he has put in to motion. It only propels me to believe that they are racists and hate the fact that their commander-in-chief is an African-American man.

On the other hand, I could be more subjective and say, they hate anything that is going to help Americans move forward? The law that was signed today is the premise of the Obama Administration's campaign promise--and they succeeded.

Sure, we will have to come off more taxes; you will not see it, until you arrive at the doctor's office, and allowed services regardless of your condition.

Many have tried to reform our damaged health care system, but failed. President Obama went to both parties and made sure that they understood that this would be the detriment to our culture, if this bill were denied.

Again, Republican's went against the grain and now are trying to block the law. I believe that sometimes you have to think outside the box. This will work, if we want it to work.

According to ABC News.com the bill, “Under the health care bill, by 2014 most Americans would be required to have health insurance or pay a fine, with the exception of low-income Americans. Employers would also be required to provide coverage to their workers, or pay a fine of $2,000 per worker. Companies with fewer than 50 employees, however, are exempt from this rule.”

The health care bill was another step forward for the American people to realize that our former President of eight years did not have our best interest at hand.

Yes, there are costs to this bill. However, we must remember gone are the days of a permanent jobs, and comforts at hand.

President Obama has the right agenda; moving our country forward.
