Many times despite the best efforts made by the lawyers, the judges refuse to take note of important elements all in the name of  ”Privilege of Discretion”.  I mean they deliver vague decisions and we are left with no other options than to accept the verdict as it is.

The attitude of judges play a crucial role in delivering a verdict. Have you heard about this phenomenon in which lawyers wait eagerly for the favourable bench ? Now what’s favourable bench?

So even if one has got the right facts, it’s quite possible that attitude of the judges act as spoilsport.

It’s related with safety of whistle-blowers. The courts have always been concerned about the security of whistle-blowers. Why will anyone turn into a witness if there is lack of protection?

In my village some people are involved in anti-social activities. I have all the evidences and with the help of some good souls I am trying to uproot these people. However, the things are not that easy as local thana is hand in glove with these wrong elements.

Now tell me  who will take so many risks to provide concrete evidences? Every crime leaves its own evidences. We know that. However, the truth is that nobody will bell the cat at cost of one’s life. We know what happens to likes of  Satyendra Dubey .
