A list of ten potential superstars or divas that I believe will return in 2014 at some point.

WWE in 2013 was amazing. So many wonderful battles were fought. This year the company accomplished many things, such as having fully-booked PPVs, to the release of WWE 2K14 to the fantastic matches between the new crop of Superstars to the unification of the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships.

With such a fantastic year having passed us, we look onto the future with wonder. We had many returning superstars this year, such as Curtis Axel & Bray Wyatt (Formerly known as Michael McGillicutty & Husky Harris) and other significant people. John Cena was out, and returned. Chris Jericho returned, and left again. We even seen the RVD machine come back. 2014, here we come.

Some of the people listed here are rumoured to be returning as well.

Batista

The Animal was always a hard-hitter and an awesome wrestler in the ring. He left after being injured in a championship match against John Cena a few years ago. It was confirmed on Monday Night Raw on Monday (US Time) that Batista would be returning January 20th. It was leaked prior to this.

The Undertaker

Taker is my all time favourite wrestler, and returns on a yearly basis to have a Wrestlemania match with an opponent. Having the streak at 21-0, it seems unfit to have the streak be written down in history as that. I never want to see the streak end, but I think WWE is aiming for 25 maybe? Though Taker is getting older now, and is getting more hurt as time goes by.

Hulk Hogan

Hulk is rumored to be returning for Wrestlemania. As for having a match, I am not sure if that will happen, based on all of his injuries and his age, and if he does it will most likely be in a Tag Team match and he won't do much.

Evan Bourne

Since failing two drug policy claims, Evan has been recuperating injuries and getting better. I think 2014 is the year he will return and shock everyone by winning a Championship.

Eve Torres

Eve left after losing her Divas Championship against Kaitlyn. However, she returned in time for the Slammys. I believe Eve's time in the WWE was to short, and that she will return this year to continue in the Divas division.

Kelly Kelly

Kelly left so she could spend time with family. Having had such a long time away, I think Kelly will be eager to return to the ring.

Rob Van Dam

He came back to the WWE on a short contract, had a few matches and left. I see RVD making aother comeback in some way, shape or form this year.

Brock Lesnar

Is this even questionable. Brock will make another return just to destroy whoever he faces and then leave the scene again.

Goldberg

On this past Monday Night Raw Ryback used his finishing move, and they have been compared to one another. I think he will make a return for one more match to defeat or lose to Ryback. The only thing holding him back is his age.

John Morrison

John Morrison left the WWE on good terms. He wanted to pursue a career in acting. However, I think that he will make his return as the "Shaman of Sexy," "The friday night delight" or whatever you want to call him and dominate in the Main Event scene shortly.

Some people I considered but didn't mention included:

Beth Pheonix, Kharma, MVP.
