Erin McNaught, for those that don't know, is an Australian model. She has worked for a few companies, including Top 30 Countdown & is a well known model, working for brands such as Mambo, Antz Pantz & more. She is currently 30 years old, and getting married to the artist known as "Example" in July this year.

Way back in 2009, while filming an episode of CyberShack, which was a channel 9 tv series about computer technology, she fell off an electric scooter, and partially severed one of her fingers. She has said, and sources also say that the particular hand that was affected has never been the same since.

She is sueing CyberShack for up to $750 thousand dollars. To read more about this unfortunate event, visit the following Daily Telegraph link:

QUESTION: What do you guys think about this?

MY ANSWER: I think that $750 thousand is way too much just for a finger. Seriously, what is she trying to pull. It is way, way too much. Come on, something like $25 thousand is even high, but possibly a better option.

Further Analysis: As she is a model, her hands are not extremely important. The hand gesture that model's do might deter her just a smidgeon, but I think that she could still use the gesture properly, and she has been. So what's the big deal?

Here is a picture of her with the cast on her hand:
