A penis snatcher? What the hell is that!?! A penis snatcher is a person who can reportedly steal genitals from men.
The daily telegraph has made a great article about it, categorized as "Wierd" and I am sure that we would all agree that it is.

One particular man mentioned in the Daily Telegraph article could shrink any man's penis by giving them a handshake, and people have witnessed it in person.
To be fair to people, this would mostly occur in Africa, so I wouldn't be worried.
