As my profile would suggest, Games are a huge part of my life. I play them, and I enjoy making games using engines and such. Today I had a great experience. My high school was visited by the Game Training Roadshow. This business has over $3.5K of resources. By just going to the Roadshow you get access to their resources and they aid you for 12 months, and you can directly contact them. This is great because for people like myself who are interested, we can actually go and talk to a professional and they could help us to create a great game.
The session we had should have went for 4 hours, but our school booked it for 2 hours. We went for 2 1/2 hours because we asked questions after he showed us how to create a great game. The trailer is available on YouTube, and this is their website: http://www.gametraining.com.au/
I hope you check them out. It was better than you'd expect from the trailer, and the graphics on the designs are tremendous. Please, if you can, I strongly urge you to go check out this roadshow.
