It doesn't take a degree. Common sense is all you need. In hosting a challenge you must catch ones attention. Use titles that captures someones imagination.

A challenge is exactly what the word says... Challenge. That means you must give your writers something challenging. Subjects, genres, colors, and numbers give the writers something to choose from. Something unexpected, something to challenge their imagination.

For those of you who are hosting their first challenge, remember this... Not all challenges will do well. But dont let that discourage you from hosting another one.

If your challenge seems slow, and no one seems to want to join. Simply extend the deadline, or you can choose to advertise the challenge. Comment someones writing, and add that your hosting a challenge. Tell them you think they would enjoy joining it. nine out of ten times, they will.

The more you advertise the better chance your challenge has of being successful.

When using genres and subjects. First look at their pin name. This will usually give you a clue as to what type of subject this person is into. ( example) My name is angellynn. So my name should give you the impression that i'm most likely into angels. Which I am.Lol! Dark, spiritual, It doesn't matter.

Now colors and numbers add a twist to the challenge, which is always a good thing. Pictures are even better. Picture challenges do really well on booksie.

When using colors. Try to match the colors with their representation. Such as.. Blue ( Sad,depressed, etc) You get the idea.

With this being said.. I hope you have the best challenge ever. Good Luck! And happy hosting!!! ANGELLYNN:D
