Well my sister is my inspiration to this. Girls used to want guys just for their outside, their apperance. But, girls have changed. We're not stupid anymore, and now we care about what's inside. You can't just be a hot guy anymore.Now, don't get me wrong, you can be hot but you just have to be caring as well. That's all, you just have to care.
Care if she's upset, care that her pet died, care that she got in a fight with someone in her family. And most of all, care when she's on her period. Because let me tell you, you guys are luckier the you think in that area.You don't have to be perfect, cuz nobody is. In my eyes, you just have to care about me and to me then you are perfect.

Hey not all guys are like those described! Least not the ones I know.. well ok, some are.. ok ok yes more than I would like are but BUT! A lot are wonderful, appreciative, caring, loving, laid back and everything else you girls seem to want. I know I am and my freinds are, but perhaps like attracts like.
On a side note, what men want is often not what women I talk to think men want. We don't want the bleached blondes with the 6 foot of wonderful leg action, although personaly dark haired and 5 feet of wondeful legs works for me :P
We, in the main want just what you want. Someone to say "I love you". Someone to notice when your feeling low and someone to make you laugh. And yes.. nice legs, so yes, I guess I am a normal "man" sometimes too :)

Hahaha Kritika, brilliant topic! Well, I don't have anything controversial to add. In fact, I believe that men and women basically want the same things in life - to be happy. I wanted a man who was caring, smart, witty, sexy, brilliant, creative, efficient, quick-thinker, adventurous, ... and I have him; he wanted a woman who was caring, smart, witty, sexy, brilliant, creative, efficient, quick-thinker, adventurous, .... and he has her too!

I stumbled upon this and will put my "two cents" in...
I agree with the guys up above. Women can be very judgemental when it comes to guys. Women are also attracted to assholes. Not necessarily "wife-beater" material, just your plain prickly assholes. (Sorry about the language, but there's no pretty way to describe the type).
As human beings, we are always going to find something physically attractive about another person. Whether it's their entire body, or just a cute smile, gorgeous eyes, dark hair, light hair.....
What do I like in a guy? A guy who likes ME for ME. I don't care if he's fat or skinny. Tall or short. Dark or light hair. Teeth or no teeth. (Okay, I admit, he has to have all his teeth, lol).
Also keep in mind some of us gals, by the time we've reached a certain age, have been screwed over many many MANY times by the "bad boys" and are finally ready for the real thing. This is where the nice guys that's been in our lives for so long comes in. The guy who you talk to about all your new boyfriends, then how that "great" boyfriend broke your heart. The guy who you can actually call in the middle of the night, crying without him hanging up on you. The guy who doesn't say a word about your butt when you've eaten a pint of ice cream. Yeah, him.... Odds are, that's the right kind of guy for you.
Okay, so I got long winded. So, I'll just go on.
So guys, sure, we're still PMSing most of the time, and we'll still want to watch those sappy romance movies, crying at every other scene. And we will ALWAYS ask you how our butts look. All you have to say to that one is, "It looks great, babe."

well, i think im in love with this one girl, and rly, id do any thing for her. she is the most wonderful girl ever, i first started hanging out with her, because she was one of my friends friends, and i got to kno her better. and take my word for it, she's rly freaking cute, the cutest there is, but any1 can be cute. i am most attracted to who she is. her personality. shes always happy, it makes me happy just to be around her, she has morals (yes thats a good thing)and she inspires me to be the best i can. not for her but because of her. i love her so much...
and to all you girls that say all guys are assholes and all they care about is sex, i'm seventeen and still a virgin, and i rly dont care about sex. sex is a cheap imatation for intamicy which is what every1 needs, and hey, if things work out with her, maybe we could have a future together, but one thing i kno for sure. THERE IS MORE TO LIFE THAN SEX!!!!!!
and if any1 reading this is friends with "GiGi_joy" tell her i love her for me. maybe it'll mean more to her coming from someone else. ♥

Well, all girls say that u need us to be 100% ourselves, but u just don't pay attention to us if we are like that, now do u? u guys just think that u like guys who are themselves and not trying to impress you and blah blah, but in the field its all different.
