possible troubles:
1.-a hole in the diaphragm
2.-stem sticking in packing hole
3.-the hole in the packing is worn
4.-the hole in the seats are worn
5.-hole or leak in gaskets
6.-bolts not tight in their holes
7.-hole in body of valve
8.-hole in tubing
9.-holes due to loose fittings
10.-no holes in tubing due to blockage
11.-no hole in regulators, thus no air supply
12.-hole in bellows of positioner
13.-no hole in positioner air restrictor
to nozzle
14.-pivots sticking in their holes
15.-calibration screws not in proper
reference to their holes
16.-nozzle hole blocked
17.-stem not in proper reference to its hole
causing improper seating
18.-hole in spring (broken)
19.-hole in seating surfaces
20.-packing adjustment not in proper
reference to its hole
21.-no grease in stem hole
22.-etc. holes
