Dear Reader,
I don’t know You.
I don’t know who You are, where You’ve been, what has happened to You or even why You decided to read this.
You don’t know Me.
You probably don’t care to know Me.
I don’t think I could possibly get to know You and everyone else who reads this.
That doesn’t matter.
I still love and care about you.
Why You may ask?
For selfish reasons of course.
All of You make up the world around Me.
And all of Me makes up the world around You.
We share this place.
We are all characters in this story. (That’s why I capitalize You and Me. According to my Language teacher you capitalize the names of characters to show their importance.)
What we do affects everyone around us.
So hopefully You can understand that even though we don’t know each other and You may exist in
another place
another society
another time
(another world?)
What I have to say here affects the two of us, Me and You.
All I can do is say what I have to say
And then hope for an answer
Hope for change.
If you don’t want to hear the question, STOP READING NOW.
You can walk away now without any burden to answer.
If you have absolutely zero, zip, zilch, nada interest in changing this world we live in, turn away now.
You’re still here?
Good, You are the one who I wanted to talk to.
You are the one who is curious about changing things.
You are the one who can.
