The two lanes way we call a life
is just too narrow for my senses
And all the books and all the minds
are just a couple of useless lenses
If we were to create the world
we would have painted black and white
for colors haven’t been discovered
because of high travel expenses
So then we took a harmful care
in squeezing all our brains and paintings
just to come up with a grey hair
that was the answer then the tenseness
Oh if you look just for a while
through my brown eyes and dirty glasses
You’ll see the colors of the Nile
free of its tears and thorny fences
You’ll see how a rock can resemble
a cloth of silk inside the Canyon
and hear the stars silently tremble
chanting with Allah’s references
How dull of you to drill a hole
through which you see nothing but death
you have to break this logic wall
lo and behold, there are your answers
It’s funny how you can’t conceive
the world without the lines and angles
just take a step and you’ll believe
for faith’s trip to you is endless
No one can put me in the darkness
unless I choose to close my eyes
If I can make room for the Loch Ness
And not for God then why have senses?
The two lanes way we call a life
with all the smiles that we have torn her
has failed to make us realize
that there’s a world around the corner
