The very subject that may describe the essence of life, is the purpose we discover within ourselves, this poem follows over it. It may be oddly written, but it was written that way to develop a certain structure.

Mankind was brought down on this Earth long ago

Due to punishment over curiosity they believe so

Days count, weeks pass, months race, years end

Mankind surpassed itself and was able to blend

Some were curious, most of them didn't care

Life is their hard challange they want to bare

Why are we here? What happens when we die

They do not know if the answer is truth or a lie

So instead of asking them over and wasting our time

It be better to treasure life than to think it as a crime

People live their days, and eventually they die

While others fight and give birth to a joyful cry

Those newborns, they learn and listen to their dears

Until at last they have grown, they respect their ears

'We each make our own destiny' so they always say

Self discovery is found curious, it comes once a day

I walk by myself, I represent my own campus

I question myself over 'What is my purpose?'

Purpose is our soul, our animation, our reason

Without it, we are but a ship without a beacon

Purpose answers the question 'Why are we here?'

'When will we die?' it is when our purpose is clear

The Creator watches over us, awaiting our accomplishment

Either be succeed or fail, we earn gratitude or punishment

Life embraces us, and death takes us away

Either alive or dead, we walk our pathway

Let us journey on, believe as we follow our compass

The day we rejoice, is the day we fulfill our purpose
