Nervous, clinging close,
Mind foggy, eyes lay heavy,
Too early to comprehend the world
Though already knowing of certain,
One very important thing,
Nothing at this ungodly hour
Matters to me,
Still reminiscing over and again
The warmth and comfort
Radiates the distance from my bed
Calling me, inviting me back
But alas, a token of good fortune,
Mine eyes do bestow the most beautiful sight
Shy, timidly awaiting parts unknown
She is gorgeous
She makes the heavens cry,
Gives confidence for just one try,
A smile, a wave,
Nothing more needed,
A relationship of dire proportions
Never to end,
Only to grow
Stronger and stronger
In bond and trust
Deeply forging and casting
A love greater than any mortal know
And living in harmony
With peace of mind
And the security
The sanctity of having someone there
To love and to hold
Until the end of time.
