Unnatural abilities

Kevin's POV : I just sat on the couch starring at the tv. I wasn't really watching it was more lost in though about my mom more than anything. Kara obviously didn't give much thought into it, either way she only knew her for a week or two. We were all quiet for the longest time. That is until tonya came into the room all smiley, it almost made me sick. "so, Kevin? What are your abilities." she asked waiting for me to obviously do something. I ignored her and kept 'watching' tv. She got in front of the tv and I had Hardley noticed. " come on" she said grabbing my arm. I didn't make an effort to get away from her so she drug me out into the back yard it was fenced in a totally invisible to other houses. Kara camout side and she leaned up against the closed door. "show me what you can do." she said I sighed. Pushed her up against the side of her house with a flick of my wrist. I didn't even realize how easy it was to push her away from me she was forced to stay against it. Her feet didn't even touch the ground. I sood there just as shocked as she was. When I let her down she rubbed her arm. "what else you got kid?" she asked backing away from me this time. I let my blue shield surround me and I watched her reaction. "What else?" she asked. "I can't show you my other ability you won't be able to see it." I spoke with my head down. She smirked. "try me." the millisecond she said those words I was behind her. She looked around desperately. I tapped her shoulder and she jumped back away from me while turning around. "I told you, you can't see it." I said. "so, you can teleport?" she asked amazed. I shook my head no. "I run faster than the human eyes can see and even if you try to get me on camera you couldn't slow it down enough to see me, even then." I said smiling a little. I was actually enjoying telling her about my abilities. "wow, when Kara said you were powerful she was right, you could do some very powerful things if you wanted to." tonya said smiling obviously proud for some reason. "I can't... I almost killed my best friend when it came to my full potential in the woods near my town." I said telling her what happened. ***************** the rest of the day we spent watching tv and stuff. Near nine pm the door bell rang. Tonya ran to get it opening it slowly she smiled as a the guy fm earlier handed her a big yellow package. She had a huge grin as she turned to us slamming the door in the mans face. She ran tot the kitchen with the package like a little kid. I got up and walked in after Kara. "what's that?" Kara asked. "tests" mumbled tonya. She started opening it.
