Shimmy Shimmy Quarter Turn
I got dressed in my black combat boots, torn up fishnets, black pleather mini skirt, black corset, and my fishnet sleeves. I let my hair down and applied fresh black eyeliner. Once I was finally happy with the black blob and pale skin that was me, I ran up to the pool as fast as possible. I saw Joe sitting in one of the pool chairs waiting for me. I assesed his outfit before letting my presence be known. He wore a pair of grey skinny jeans, white vans, a black t-shirt and a grey blazer. Did he know just how cute he was? I asked myself this while walking up to him.
“Hiya, stranger.” I smiled and he stood up to face me. He had on a pair of thick, black, square rimmed glasses on. I smiled at how cute they looked on him.
“Hey! Are we ready?” He smiled. I nodded and pointed to his glasses.
“You look good in these. Wear them more often and who knows what might happen.” I smirked and trailed a finger down his chest. What was wrong with me? I never acted like that with Pete for sure. I could practically feel him melt under my fingertip. I walked ahead of him and headed for the resteraunt.
“Where are you going?” He asked after getting over what just happened.
“To eat. Where were you thinking? The mexican place?” I asked confused.
“No, come on. I had this planned out for a while now.” He smiled and took my hand. I loved the feeling of his rough hands on mine.
“Do you play guitar by any chance?” I asked feeling the calloused hands of a guitarist. He looked back at me and nodded while we headed for the elevators. I shook my head slightly.
At first, I just wanted to make Pete more jealous than what he was making me feel. But now, I really wanted to know more about Joe and have him hold me more than just my hand.
We waited at the elevators and he kissed me lightly on the cheek. I almost died right there and then. I wanted to kiss him back. I wanted his lips on mine and to have him want mine. Why? Right then, I got a text message so I pulled my phone out of my boot. Joe stared at me kinda funny. I laughed and opened it.
Message from Jessicow.

To Cami
I giggled slightly and went to reply. The doors opened and we stepped on. Joe pressed a button and the doors closed.
“The last time I text tonight, I promise.” I smiled and quickly texted.
Message from Cami
If you like a guy and every
Time he touches you, you
feel like dying? That’s how
I feel about Joe right now.
Question one: Is that cheating?
Question two: Is that love?
To Jessicow
Joe glared at me jokingly and I turned off my phone.
“I think you’ll like this place. I made sure to have this ready for this cruise just in case Da..well, just in case.” He smiled. I was too absorbed in his beautiful eyes framed by cute glasses to care who Da… was.
We got up to the last floor which was the eleventh, and Joe pulled out a key card.
“Joe! Rushing things a little? I don’t know if I’m ready to go back to your room just yet!” I laughed and we stepped off the elevator together, still holding hands. He rolled his eyes at me and we walked up to a pair of glass doors. He slid the card in a card reader and the doors opened. Joe nodded at a security guy and continued leading the way to some place. We walked down the hallways and I looked around at everything. The eleventh floor was way prettier than the sixth floor. I gasped at some of the pretty paintings that lined the hallways. Joe looked back at me and laughed.
“Come on! It’s just a little bit further and I wanna get there before sundown!” He smiled. I sighed and caught up to him. We stopped at another pair of glass doors. He slid the card in again and led me into a different room.
Only it wasn’t a room.
It was the top deck at the front of the ship. The doors closed behind us and I looked around. A giant canopy was set up with gauzy curtains hanging to the floor. Inside the canopy, was a large bed like couch with a giant tray of something on it.
“Oh my Jonas.” I gasped, using Jessica’s favourite saying. Joe laughed and led me into the canopy. I sat down on the couch/bed thingy and looked at all the stuff that lay ahead. Poptarts, pez, popcorn, gummy bears, gummy worms, ice cream, and all other forms of junky, sugary goodness. I giggled slightly and Joe sat on the other side.
“What do you think?” He whispered in my ear. I smiled and turned to face him.
“I think this is the most romantic sugar high I will ever have.” I giggled and kissed him gently. He kissed me back and ran his tongue along my bottom lip. I slid my tongue over his, which resulted in a surprise pull away from Joe.
“I wasn’t expecting you to do that so fast!” He laughed slightly.
“I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to scare you.” I touched his shoulder lightly.
“It’s alright, I enjoy surprises too.” He smiled and placed a hand over mine. I smiled and leaned in again for another kiss. Joe attacked my lips ferociously and I loved it. I never had this intensity from Pete so it was new and exciting for me.

Four hours later, we had finished all the candy and watched the sunset together. I was now all cuddled up against Joe’s chest and his arms were wrapped around me. I had taken off my combat boots and tucked my feet up under me. Joe layed straight out and held me tightly. He still had his glasses on.
“Are you getting cold?” He asked protectivley.
“Mmm, a little bit. You?” I looked up at him sweetly.
“A tad. I’ll get a blanket.” He nodded to himself and got up. I smiled slightly and sighed as he left the room. I flopped down on the pillows and wondered how I had gotten myself into this mess.
A few minutes later, Joe retuned and we cuddled up to each other again. Joe draped the blanket over top of us and rested his chin on my head. I kissed him lightly and he stroked my hair softly.

The next morning I woke up pressed against Joe’s bare chest and his slight snoring.
