Alice's P.O.V

I was becoming esperatley impatient, for me. What was keeping him? I knew he was coming... No, the future was set in stone about that. Just like us meeting the Cullens... But first...

Sighing, I glanced around at the rest of the people in the small barley crowded diner from my little stool. A few adults were staring at me, concerned and wary, as I ignored the tasteless dish of icecream in front of me. A group of teenage boys, mayb 18 or 19, stared at me. But that was normal. A vampire like me was normally extremley beautifull. It was just a fact of life... Well, not that I exactly knew. I had no memories of any past life.

I glanced down silently at the watch on my wrist, and vaguley noticed a tall red head boy coming over, cheered on by his freinds, except for a tall girl with a pouty lip.

"Hey." He said, s;ipping into the seat beside me, oddly close. Why did I not repell him? Stupid lustfull teenagers, evven if I looked like one, and may have once acted likeone.... Now I was old enough to be... A tad old fashioned. Except in my clthes of course. That was my pride and joy, my fashionable opinion.... But I am jumping ahead of myself.

"Hello. Can I help you?" I asked, my voice intentionlly emotionless as possible.

"Do you wanna go to dinner with me and my freinds?"

"No thank you, I am meeting someone." Sooner than later, I hoped.

"Oh, ok. aybe some other time." Dejected the boy walked off. The girl looked happier, thugh. Glad to make someones day, anywho...

I checked my watch agian. I t was almost closing time... I pulled myself off the bench, easilly closing he distance to the far off floor, even though I was a good foot off the ground. I'm short, 4'9' or so I think, and so some people occasionally mistake me for a young girl at first. But when they see my face.. Well, its obvious I am at least a teenager.

As I walked ailently out of the warm little diner, planning to catch a bite o eat before retiring to my makeshift little apartment, an abandoned home before I gt my hands on it, a quick vision hi me, and I went slack jawed momentarilly.

It was going to rain tommorow. And in every vision of him... It had been raining... Jasper might be coming tomorow. Oh! The very idea intoxicated me. My heart and my future said I was going to love him... And he was coming. Maybe tommorow.

I farley skipped out the door as I ran as fast as I could into the woods to have my own supper.
