I Gave You My Music

I made your songs take wing

And Now Your Gone....

I asked you to save me from my solitude

To pass the point of no return

To join me and save me from the prisons of my mind

I Gave You My Music

Hoped you'd love me for who I was

You Did

But you loved him more

You alone could make my songs take wing

And Now

The Music of The Night can never be played

Because I let you go

Christine, I love you

You Deserve a better life than what I could offer

I'm alone again

Left in my solitude

Hiding my face from a world that would never accept me

You did

You shown me Love

You shown me Compassion

I let you go

I let you live your life

I did it because I love you

You alone can make my song take flight

It's over now

The Music of The Night
