My Falling Star

Poem By: Axel Alloy
Fan Fiction

Something I wrote late at night on the 27th August 2007. It had been bugging me all sodding day and I couldn't write it down, because we went to Newstead Abbey for the day. >_<

Anywho, hope you enjoy. ;)

A little random piece of writing from Rachel's POV. View table of contents...

Watch you don't bang your head as you fall,
you've been though enough already.
Wondering why the planet is so blue.
Could it be crying for us?

So it is certain that you must go.
Lets make up a song for us.
Lets sing it loud.
Sing it with our hearts on our sleeves.

For it shall be called "My falling Star"
And it will tell of our love.
How your life is a story.
How you fell from the sky with your human-like soul.

Try not to be sad when you have to leave.
There's always another day.
There's always another life.
Maybe we'll be together forever and just not realize.

But, when we meet again I'll take a picture of us.
A part of our happiness frozen in time.
And if you should leave again?
It will remind me you once existed.

So tell me again why the planet is so blue.
Is it really crying for us?
Are its salty oceans really its tears?
Tears cried over our lack of acceptance.

Yes, people point at us with their fingers.
They say that we cannot be.
That our love is unnatural and ungodly.
But, I am the one who owns the picture.

Our hearts defy the laws of the earth.
Pay no heed to their judgment my friends.
Instead, sing our song and shed a tear for our cause.
But, watch you don't bang your head as you fall.
