The wind whistled through the trees, the leaves rustled, and the moonlight, shining into the desolute clearing, cast an eerie concsious. The dark, mammoth trees stood close together, and casted sinister shadows. A single raccoon crept out of the dense foliage, and met with a large badger by the edge of a particularly large tree.
"Come, come Ringtail! We have not a second to lose!" the badger glared at the raccoon from black, beady eyes, and huddled closer to the tree. Ringtail replied in a carefree voice, "You worry too much Snuffler, let loose."
"My name is Trufflesnout thankyou," a twig snapped, "wait! Shhh! Did you hear that?"
"Would you relax! No one knows we're here, I can keep a secret."
"It's not you I'm worried about," a fox burst into the clearing, cutting Trufflesnout off, gasping for air, he managed to pant out, "They're coming!" and that was all they had to here...
Two shadow knights slithered into the clearing, their red eyed beasts behind them.
"Fool!" the taller one hissed to the other in a strange language, "You lost that fox! He was the key to finding the rebels! What do you suppose we tell the master now? Go from my sight leech, find the rebels, find the fox! The prophecy of old is upon us! We must do everything to delay it, we must stop them!"
