UPDATE: I HAVE MOVED THE DEADLINE FROM THE FIRST OF JANUARY BACK TO THE SEVENTH OF JANUARY! THE NEW DUE DATE IS ON THE FIRST SATURDAY OF JANUARY! THIS WAS A REQUEST, I HOPE THIS IS OKAY!

I think the title pretty well states this, but this is a contest.

JK! But seriously, this is my first contest and I am SUPER excited!!!

For those of you who have read my novel Hero High

you know how many characters ther are (J.J., Rex, Nicole, Maybella, Zach, Drake...) and after I finish writing Hero High ( hopefully soon) I plan on writing a book on Hero High Origins. To do that, I need some backstories.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to write me backstory of epic porportions.

RULES

1) Length: It can be a short story, novel, or book. Length is your choice, but a good backstory is normally more than just one paragraph. Just sayin'.

2) NO PROFANITY. You can use one or two mild cuss words, but lets try to keep it clean people.

3) Backstory itself: What I am looking for is about the charcter's family relationships, past, who they discovered their powers, their journey to wherever they are, etc. I want DESCRIPTIONS!!!

4) Deadline: I will choose a winner on January seventh. That should be enough time, though i know holidays and exams might interfere, so if ebough people ask, I can extend the due date.

5) Have FUN!!!: I don't want it to be all gloom and doom, but hey, do wha you want. This is a contest, not a consequence.

PRIZES

Because you are all greedy little peoples, I must include prizes.

First place:

Their entry will be put into my upcoming book. I will fan them if I haven't already) and take any reading requests, questions, and will red all of their work (or more!)

Second place:

Their entry will be used as an idea in my upcoming book. I will also fan, take requests, and will read at least half of their work

Third place:

Part of their idea for their entry will be used and I will also fan, take requests, and read one or two of their works.
